From a curious 6-year-old discovering the internet to a Technology leader, I have learned the hardest barriers in technology aren’t technical, they’re the gaps between people, knowledge, and secure technology. My mission is to bridge those gaps, whether for businesses navigating the challenges of implementing new technologies or for families and individuals wanting to stay safe online.

My first encounter with the internet at age six sparked a lifelong fascination with technology. What started with exploring Yahoo’s homepage quickly became a deep curiosity about how technology worked.
Through high school, I became the go-to “tech friend,” not just for fixing technology-related issues but for explaining it in ways others could actually use. That ability to connect people with tech became my foundation.
Instead of following my family’s path into health careers, I chose to follow my passion for technology. I studied Management Information Systems to combine technical and business insight, and later earned a Master of Cyber Security. Along the way, I worked my way up from IT Support to protecting and enabling the digital infrastructure of leading multi-billion-dollar businesses, spanning roles across systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
To strengthen my expertise, I earned a range of globally recognized certifications including CISSP, CISM, CRISC, PMP, and TOGAF alongside advanced technical credentials. These achievements reflect both technical depth and leadership across multiple domains of technology.
I was also fortunate to serve as a Principal Instructor for a Cyber Security Bootcamp at the University of Western Australia (UWA), one of WA’s leading universities, where I discovered the impact of mentoring and closing knowledge gaps for the next generation of technology professionals.
What I have learned over my journey so far is: the same knowledge gaps that frustrate enterprise teams also leave families and individuals vulnerable at home. Whether it’s a business struggling with implementing a new technology solutions or a parent dealing with the complexity of setting up a smart home device, technology only works when people understand it or have someone who can implement it and then empower them to use it with confidence.
That realization inspired me to found two businesses with one mission: to bridge the gaps between people, knowledge, and secure technology, whether in business or everyday life.
These passions aren’t separate from my work, they’re the foundation of it. They inform how I approach every client challenge, every speaking engagement, and every weekly journal entry.
Impacting Knowledge is at the heart of everything I do. Whether I'm teaching cybersecurity professionals, helping businesses implement solutions, or guiding families through digital safety, my greatest satisfaction comes from seeing that moment when complex concepts become clear and actionable.
Technology has been my constant companion since age 6. That childhood fascination with technology has evolved into a deep understanding of how technology can transform lives when people have the knowledge to use it effectively.
Curiosity has always been at the heart of it. I wasn’t just drawn to how cars looked, but to the technology inside them. As a kid, I would spend hours on Yahoo’s Autos section, exploring new car models and reading about the latest features. That same curiosity eventually grew into a love for technology itself, cars were simply where it all began.
Self-Improvement fuels my commitment to continuous growth. In a field that evolves as rapidly as technology, staying current isn't just professional necessity, it's personal passion. I believe the best way to help others grow is to never stop growing yourself.
Architecture appeals to my systematic approach to problem-solving. Whether designing a cybersecurity framework or planning a family's digital protection strategy, I think like an architect, considering structure, flow, and how all the pieces work together to create something both functional and fit for purpose.
Being Creative drives my approach to making complex cybersecurity concepts accessible. The most technical solutions mean nothing if people can't understand or implement them. Creativity helps me find new ways to bridge knowledge gaps and make technology work for everyone.
I understand that successful technology isn’t about having the most advanced tools, it’s about connecting the right people with the right knowledge to make technology work effectively. Whether that’s enterprise teams or family members, the principle is the same.
I help businesses bridge implementation gaps through Implemit, where we don’t just implement, we empower your teams with the knowledge and tools to succeed long-term. We believe the best technology solutions are the ones your people actually understand and can use effectively to bring value to the business.
I help individuals and families bridge cybersecurity knowledge gaps through Remaleh, Australia’s first cybersecurity service focused exclusively on individuals and families. We translate enterprise-grade security knowledge into practical, and accessible formats that everyday people can understand and implement.
Every week, I take you behind the scenes of building two technology businesses sharing the wins, the struggles, and the lessons that come with navigating the same challenges we all face. Think of it less like a formal playbook and more like an ongoing conversation. Part vlog, part diary, part guide you can actually use.
Real-world observations on technology and knowledge gaps I am encountering while scaling two companies simultaneously.
Taking what enterprises teach and translating it into practical, everyday actions for families and individuals.
My honest take on products and tools that claim to solve big problems (and whether they actually do).
My opinions on the latest moves from major tech vendors, and what they really mean for people who just want tech to work.
Whether you are hosting an enterprise technology conference, running a team workshop, or organising a community education event, I bring practical expertise focused on making cybersecurity and technology accessible, actionable, and easy to understand.
Alongside speaking, I also provide coaching for business leaders, teams, and professionals who want to build confidence in navigating technology and cybersecurity, turning complex concepts into practical skills.
I am motivated by ensuring people don’t suffer from technology and knowledge gaps – Whether that’s an IT team struggling to implement security solutions they don’t fully understand, or a family missing out on smart home benefits because they’re worried about privacy risks they can’t assess.
I am passionate about connecting people with the knowledge they need to make informed technology decisions. Whether you’re a CTO needing to bridge the gap between security requirements and team capabilities, or a parent wanting to understand how to protect your family online, the solution is the same: the right knowledge delivered in the right way.
